Yes, please follow the link in your email to your ‘My Page’. On that page you can cancel or reschedule lessons.
You can login and manage your approved lessons by going to the ‘My Page’ section of this website.

If you would like to try to use Japanese it’s okay! However my Japanese is at a beginner level.

Yes, If you are not happy for whatever reason I can offer a full refund on your most recent lesson. Lessons before your most recent lesson are generally not refundable.

The website uses a secure https encrypted connection.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe provides APIs that web developers can use to integrate payment processing into their websites and mobile applications. At no point do I, Vincent, have access to your full credit/debit card details.
If you would prefer audio only that’s okay!
Also Zoom offers a fake background in their options if you would like to use video call but don’t want to show your background/room.
Yes. Please use the coupon code ‘Firstlesson’ at anytime. It can be used only once per student.
